Escape by Expresso: Praia da Terra Estreita - Discrete, even in summer (July 2013)

Expresso is a Portuguese reference weekly newspaper that has an area caled "Escape" dedicated to introduce the best that exist in Portugal for national tourists. In this article, Fernando Brandão visits Tavira focusing his description at the Terra Estreita beach that is very special and that he describes as a discrete and quit beach that even in the pick summer is not crouded. Having a warm and clean water, Terra Estreita beach is accessed by fairry boat in a 10/15 minutes drive at the Ria Formosa natural reserve that offers the opportunity to wach all the existing birds and natural life (Ferry Boat cost: 2,5€).

New York Times: The other Algarve (July 2013)

This is a great article written by João Pedro Marmoto to the New York Times, that introduces different areas of Algarve that aren´t yet so popular as the usual Algarve destinations.
