We are a small team of Tavira addicted that for
sure will one day move to Tavira.
We visited Tavira for the first time about 10 years ago and from there we spend Holidays year over year in Algarve Tavira usually in one of the Hotels of the Vila Galé Hotel Chain. There are different unique elements in the Tavira and the area that we can’t forget during all over the year and that push us to revisit Tavira whenever is possible. Key reasons are related to the Natural environment of the city that is in the Ria Formosa natural reserve; the beautiful, warm and calm beaches of the area with less users than in other areas of Algarve; the great food we always taste; the nice people we always meat and also the historic area of Tavira. |

The right image is always in my mind, transmitting
me the unique salty smell, the warm temperature and the beautiful boat trip we
have when we came back from the beach. It’s a 10 / 15 minute way that we use to
watch the natural reserve birds, some of them rare and protected, the boats
sailing in the river or just to relax and observe the sunshine that recharges
our own batteries.
